MAIL FROM OUR CLIENTS _____________________________________________________________________________________________i_________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Terry Thompson-C.Ped. O.T. Cobbler's Corner 1115 Village Plaza Columbiana, OH 44408 Dear Terry: Enclosed are the shoes I purchased from your store that I have not worn yet. I ordered them while I was on vacation in Prescott, AZ. Would you please stretch them as much as you can. Most of all can I purchase a pair of insoles similar to the ones that came with the Drew Blazer that we purchased yesterday? Please have someone give me a quick call when these shoes arrive and to let me know what the extra cost will be for the insoles. I will send the amount immediately. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your genuine concern for my foot problems. I only wish I could have come sooner. What a relief I am already feeling. I realize since my stroke and other physical problems I may always have some of those sensations, but I feel a world of difference already. By now you should have received our check for payment of the purchase of shoes and the Ortho Work. I asked our accountant to send it out today. I also appreciate the break you gave us on the bill. I noticed that no one asked for our Tax Exemption No. XXXXXXXXXX. THANK YOU! I would like to commend your staff also, those who responded to my phone calls and to Jen who waited on us yesterday—what courtesy and patience—she reminded me of individuals that would go the extra mile as they say to help another person. One seldom sees such service in other stores. Thanks and God Bless You All! Sincerely, Sr. T.D. Sisters of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

This is a letter to you about how great my shoes and adjusted orthotic are working. I am walking with no pain even in the foot with the plantar problem. I would like to proceed with the corrective shoe that would give my right ankle support. I am only going to be in Ohio for the next two weeks. I want to return to my Michigan home on Oct. 13 and I will not be returning until some time in early December.
I would like an appointment to see you this week, perhaps on Friday after 12:00pm. I will wear my Brooks shoes with the orthotics and pick up the black Brooks (hope they are in) so that I might get started on fixing my foot/ankle problems. Otherwise I may have to postpone the resolution until I return. Then I am leaving for FL in Jan. Can you help me?

I am a diabetic 6', 400 lbs. and I have persistant swelling in my feet and legs. I was having foot pain and back pain in 2004. I decided to see the cobbler and he suggested I have a pair of custom made shoes made. I did and it is the best thing I ever did.
He made a cast of my feet and then he made me leather shoes to the exact fit. They are very comfortable and I have no pain and great support. I now see the cobbler every six months and he checks my feet, innersoles and shoes for proper fit. The cobbler is very professional and thorough in my foot care and I appreciate it. In March 2008 I had a second pair made and I am very happy and comfortable. D.W.S.
Dear Brother Thompson, Terry, I feel compelled to drop you yet another heart-felt note of thanks, for your unselfish skill and kindness, as you help me keep my shoes in good repair. I do so appreciate it!!! I know I'm hard on my footwear, especially my right shoe. I'm out almost daily in service, and my shoes show that, after a few months! I've been a witness 33 years this month - I never expected to be pioneering for 13 of those years! With Jehovah's help and blessing and loving support from brothers and sisters, like you - I'm able to continue. Thank you for that. Warm Christian Love, Your Sister-K.L. (Editor's Note: K.L. volunteers approx.60 hours each month as a regular pioneer of the Jehovah's Witnesses. This means that she spends much of this time on her feet, walking from door to door, visiting people at their homes.)
While being treated by my podiatrist, he referred me to Terry. I had been suffering with an ulcer on my right instep for seven months. After just 6 weeks of wearing re-built shoes by Terry the ulcer was completely healed. Not only did the shoes heal the ulcer, but it provided a sense of balance I haven't had for several years. I feel so Blessed in having been referred to Terry as the quality of my life has significantly improved. P.S.
I forget, now, whom first told me about Cobbler's Corner in Columbiana Ohio, but I am sure feeling blessed by the excellent care & service being bestowed on myself & other family members. I first stopped in April, 2008 for a pair of shoes I could hopefully wear for work. I work in a hospital and have had many pairs of shoes, spending lots of money looking for just the right fit, so as to not be in pain at the end of my working day. Let me add at this point that I am newly diagnosed early onset Parkinson's. For several years I have been dragging my left foot. Problems with curled toes & foot drop making it difficult to walk. Wearing out the toe of very good shoes. This trip Mr. Thompson the owner took a personal interest in my problem. Knowing quite well I would be back in a short time with a hole in the toe of almost new shoes. He made a suggestion I consider a foot drop device to help from tripping, with balance & stability in my work day. At his suggestion I believed it was foolish to spend more for shoes & not correct the problem. It has been just 2 wks. and I do believe in miracles, I am no longer tripping or losing balances. The design of the shoes & brace he created have given me back my ability to work safely & comfortably. Again the efforts & interest of the staff at Cobbler's Corner changed my walking. Thank you,XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Don't wear bad shoes. Go see Terry Thompson.
